Accommodation arrangements may vary but we meet the criteria of parents & students alike; regarding safety, distance to the college, availability of public transportation to the college and surrounding amenities provided in the location. IACT College Student Accommodation Room Rental Rate for International / Malaysian Students

Location : Various Locations, depending on room type & availability.

Terms & Conditions:

• The rates stated above are only for rental (excluding water & electricity bill)
• Payment Terms to include:
  • Breakage & Cleaning Deposit: RM200 / USD60
  • 6 months advance rental
• Minimum stay at IACT College accomodation: 6 months
• Gender-type accomodation can be arranged.
